•Integrating Diversity and Equality in the Academy (I.D.E.A.)
•The Office of Multi-Ethnic Student Affairs and the William Monroe Trotter Multicultural Center -To promote student development and empower the campus community around issues of diversity and social justice through the lens of race and ethnicity” we provide support to all students through programming and strive to meet the facility/multicultural center needs of students.
•The Office of Institutional Equity -serves as a vital resource and leader in promoting and furthering the University’s commitment to diversity and equal opportunity for all members of its community.
•SIBS –the largest mentorship cohort program at The University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. S.I.B.S. promotes retention and support of self-identified Black, African, Afro-Latin@, Caribbean, Biracial & Multicultural students of African descent through mentor pairings between first-year incoming students and current students of similar backgrounds.

•Intergrating Diversity and Equlity in the Academy (I.D.E.A.) an interdisciplinary University of Michigan Rackham group creating a community of scholars to think critically about the challenges of integrating diversity within the academy.
